payment

Payment can be made through the PayPal secure payment process on this site.

shipping

Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. Shipping is free for all domestic orders and sent via USPS 2-3 day delivery. Additional fees will apply to anything that needs expedited and for all international orders. Please email carol@carolgreiwe.com for a shipping estimate.

returns

No refunds. Exchange or credit only within 15 days from receipt of order, in it's original packaging. Please email carol@carolgreiwe.com to notify of a return. Return shipping costs are paid by customer. Credit valid for 1 year from date issued.

damage

If for some reason your order is damaged when you receive it, please contact me immediately. Please keep all original packing material. Photos of the damage may be necessary to file a claim.

disclaimers

Due to the hand-fabricated and one-of-a-kind nature of my work, colors of glazes and shapes of tiles may vary. A similar piece of jewelry can be made but, not duplicated exactly.

warranty

My work is guaranteed for 1 year from receipt of order, under normal wear and tear. Estimates for repair can be given.
