My jewelry is a fusion of different elements. A signature element of my work is the hand-made ceramic tiles I create, my gemstones. I love the warmth and feel of sterling silver and 22K metals. I also enjoy working with natural cabochon gemstones and making accents with small diamonds or a lovely pearl. The end result is an original treasure... I was born and raised in Indianapolis, IN. I graduated from Purdue University in 1993 and ventured to Portland, OR. Here, I found clay, metal and a new passion. In 1998, I began making jewelry the old-fashioned way, through an apprenticeship with a 2nd generation jeweler, Tita Heaton. I have been inspired ever since... |
